Organization
The object of company dictates a division of business processes into traditional activities and real-estate activities. All business processes are organized in 4 sectors.
Traditional activities
Traditional activities are divided into two sectors; marketing sector which embodies procurement, marketing and market study for traditional activities, and production sector, in the context of which applicative development and production of three activities are organized. These three divisions are the following:
- Construction Division is engaged in implementation of electro prefabricated works and in construction of electro-energetic units.
- Metal Processing Division is engaged in production of equipment for transmitting and distributing electric power, and in production of metal constructions.
- Meter Maintenance Division is engaged in servicing and verification of meters, switch clocks and measuring transformers.
Real-estate activity
In Elektroservisi d.d. Company, the Real-Estate Activity started in 2004 together with development of the project called »Stanovanjska soseska Glavarjeva rezidenca/ the Glavarjeva rezidenca residential complex « in Ljubljana.
The Real-Estate Activity embodies project development and investment engineering of dwelling and business building constructions for the market as well as for individuals.
