Two international multi-modal transport corridors go through it, the V. and X. corridors that represent not only traffic but also development axis of Slovenia. Domžale or Podrečje is located at the intersection of the mentioned corridors, which represents a favourable location for business from a logistical point of view.
The proximity of Ljubljana the capital of Slovenia, a cultural and business centre of the country, offers good opportunities for the development of business environment.

The Podrečje Business Park is a project for the future. It combines beauty, functionality and energy efficiency. Six/five independent business units have been designed to be suitable as office spaces, as well as for service and production operations.

• acquisition of a building permit for entry/exit to the main road until July 2014
• signing a contract with the municipality of Domžale for transport and public utility equipment of the location until September 2014
